SalmonTofu / 鮭と豆腐の酒蒸し

Simply cook in microwave
Steamed Salmon and Tofu with Cooking Sake

Ingredients (Serves 2)

1/2 pks Tofu
2 Shiitake mushroom
1/2 bunch Mizuna green
2 Salmon fillets
2 sheets 1″ x 2″ Dashi Kombu
4 Tbsp Cooking Sake
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Yuzu / Lime

1. Cut Tofu into biting size. Remove the hard ends of mushrooms. Cut Mizuna into about thirds
2. In a deep plate (microwave safe material), place kombu. Arrange Salmon, tofu and shiitake mushroom on it. Sprinkle sake and soy sauce. Wrap the plate with the plastic wrap and cook it for 2 minutes in microwave
3. Take out the plate and unwrap. Then add mizuna in it. Wrap again
4. Reheat it for 90 sec. in the microwave or until salmon is fully cooked

Seasoning ideas:
Sprinkle yuzu, lime, soy sauce or ponzu as you like. Enjoy!
