Sweet rice cake (Ohagi)with Salted Sakura/塩漬け桜おはぎ

Do you know Sakura Cha? It is a tea product and it’s salted. What awesome thing about this is when you drop it in a cup of hot water, it blooms🌸!!
Introducing a recipe with the Sakura Cha.

Ingredients (8 pieces)
1 Cup Mochi Gome / Glutinous rice
1 bag Shiro An / Sweet white bean paste
2 packs Sakura Cha / Cherry blossom tea

1. Cook rice
2. Fill a bowl with water. Put Sakura cha in it and remove salt. Drain water and remove moisture of Sakura with paper towels. Select 8 well-shaped Sakura and set aside for garnish. For the rest of sakura, take only the petals and add them into the rice and Shiro-an separately
3. Put some rice on your palm and spread. Put Shiro-an on it and wrap with rice. Make it 4 pieces. Then make the reverse version. Put Shiro-an on your palm and spread. Put rice on it and wrap. Make it 4.
4. Put one Sakura on each Ohagi and press softly
