Amazake Jello /二色芋甘酒のゼリー

<Amazake Jello>
Ingredients (4 pudding cups)
☞[Bottom layer]
3/4 cup Nijiya Purple sweet potato cold Amazake
1/4 cup Nijiya soy milk or whole milk
2g Gelatin

☞[Top layer]
3/4 cup Nijiya Sweet potato cold Amazake
1/4 cup Nijiya soy milk or whole milk
2g Gelatin

🍓[Toppings]
6 – 8 Strawberries
1 tsp Strawberry jam per serving

Directions;
1. Warm up soy milk or whole milk in the microwave and add gelatin. Mix well then add purple sweet potato cold amazake. Mix well
2. Pour it into individual serving cups. Refrigerate for 30 ~ 60 minutes till firm
3. Repeat step 1 for the top layer and pour on step 2. Refrigerate till firm
4. Cut strawberries and arrange on the jello with strawberry jam
