Ingredients (serves 4)
1 pack of Nijiya Salad chicken
2 leaves of Cabbage
1 leaf of Red Cabbage
Half Carrot
Some Cilantro leaves
A piece of Ginger
2 tsp Fish sauce / soy sauce
2 tbsp Nijiya Salted Lemon Dressing

Directions
1. Slice the chicken. Cut vegetables into long strips.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl🥣
