Steamed Salmon and Tofu with Cooking Sake

Ingredients (Serves 2)

1/2 pks Tofu
2 Shiitake mushroom
1/2 bunch Mizuna green
2 Salmon fillets
2 sheets 1″ x 2″ Dashi Kombu
4 Tbsp Cooking Sake
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Yuzu / Lime
