Use Nijiya Wafu Dashi Soup Stock! Quick & easy!
ニジヤ和風だしを使用!早くて簡単!

INGREDIENTS (1~2 Servings):
Egg — 2 pieces
Nijiya Wafu Dashi Soup Stock — 1 teaspoon
Hot Water — 1 tablespoon
Salt — as appropriate
Salad Oil — as appropriate

DIRECTION:
Dissolve the soup stock into hot water, and let it cool down. Then Add eggs, salt, and stir them well. Heat the frying pan with salad oil and cook the omelet with all prepared ingredients.


材料(1~2人分/1本分):
卵…2個
ニジヤ和風だし…小さじ1
湯…大さじ1
塩…少々
サラダ油…少々

作り方:
ニジヤ和風だしを湯で溶き、冷めてから卵、塩とよく混ぜ合わせ、サラダ油を薄く引いたフライパンで卵焼きを作る。
