Ingredients (Serves 5)

1 lb Ground meat (beef & pork)
1 Onion
1/2 Bell Pepper
1 bunch Parsley
1 Carrot
1 Apple
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Olive oil
600ml Water
1 bag Nijiya Curry Powder 🌟Available Online🛒

Directions
1. Mince an 🧅onion, half 🫑bell pepper and whole ☘️parsley.
2. Grate a 🥕carrot, an 🍎apple and a 🧄garlic(separate from others).
3. Put olive oil and garlic into a frying pan, and cook it on a medium heat until aromatic.
4. Add meat and cook well. Then add onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry them.
5. Add carrot and apple, and lightly saute them.
6. Add water and Curry powder. Once the curry powder completely dissolves, add parsley, and mix well.
