KuzuMatchya / 抹茶の葛ぷりん

Matcha Pudding (makes 4 cups)
1.7 oz Nijiya Kuzuko
1.7 oz Sugar
2 Tsp Nijiya Matcha powder
300ml Water
200ml Milk

Topping suggestion
Tsubu-an (sweetened red beans), whipped cream (1/2 cup of Heavy cream + 1 Tbsp Sugar)

Directions
1. Prepare 4 heat-resistant containers and put them aside.
2. In a pot, put Kuzuko, Matcha and Sugar and mix well. Add water little by little and mix until it dissolves.
3. Add milk and mix well then put it on medium heat.
4. Continue mixing with a wooden spatula. When it’s getting thickened around surface, reduce heat low. Then once it gets creamy, simmer for 1 minute.
5. Pour it into containers (wait till for cooling down a bit) and chill in the refrigerator until set.
Enjoy with topping!!
