Kama-age Shirasu Don
釜揚げしらす丼


Eat Shirasu and Be Healthy!
「しらす」を食べて元気になろう!

Ingredients (for one bowl):
1 bowl of hot rice (approx. 7 oz.)
Kama-age Shirasu (as needed)
1 oba (green perilla) leaf (Julienned)
Pinch of white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon mirin (sweet Japanese cooking wine)

Spinach or komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) ohitashi (boiled and seasoned with soy sauce and other ingredients) (small portion)

Cooking Directions:
1. Mix the soy sauce and mirin.
2. Place the hot rice in a bowl, and put a hearty serving of Kama-age Shirasu on top.
3. Drizzle the sauce (prepared in Step 1) over the rice (prepared in Step 2), top with the ohitashi, oba and white sesame seeds, and serve.


材料(どんぶり1杯分):
温かいご飯…茶碗1杯分
釜揚げしらす…お好みの量
大葉…1枚
白ゴマ…少々
しょうゆ…小さじ1
みりん…小さじ1/2
ほうれん草又は小松菜のおひたし…少々

作り方:
1. しょうゆとみりんを混ぜ合わせる。大葉は細切りに。
2. 温かいご飯をどんぶりに盛り、その上に釜揚げしらすをたっぷりのせる。
3. 1のタレを2の上に回しかけ、おひたし、大葉、白ゴマをのせて出来上がり。
