松茸のよい香りがふわっとする、シンプルでおいしい調理法です。
Grill matsutake over medium heat until the surface is slightly browned. Shred by hand and serve.
中火で松茸の表面に軽く焦げ目がついたら取り出し、手で裂いて出来上がり。
