和紙で焼くので、驚かれる一品。日本人の知恵が生んだ調理法です。
To make tsutsumi-yaki, the whole matsutake is wrapped in wet washi paper and baked. You can also make delicious tsutsumi-yaki by substituting a wet paper towel for the washi and broiling for about five minutes.
濡らした和紙で松茸を丸ごと包んで焼く。和紙の代わりにパーパータオルを濡らして、ブロイルで約5分焼いても美味しく出来ます。
